I have a problem with my non-profit licensekey. I received the email but no attached file, only some encrypted code.

How do i get the encrypted code to work?

when you recieved the e-mail what program or location did you open it from? Some users using Mac computers have had issues opening the e-mails and receiving the file.

Try to forward the original e-mail to a webmail like yahoo or hotmail.

Hmm.... I would say e-mail triton with the problem and maybe they can reissue you a key.

Use gmx or yahoo...

your e-mail program destroyed the attached file

I had the same problem...
The licensekey must be less than 1000 k
