    Recovering Server Token and admin info?

    Hi,

    i made a thread in "General Questions" but didn't realize at the time that this is probably the better place for it.

    I downloaded the TS3 server client, but I didn't save the token info and stuff. Was being dumb and didn't think I'd need it. How do I get it now? i have tried re-downloading the server info, but with no lucky.

    help?

    Hello

    The first privilege key still in the server log (logs folder in the server folder).
    But for the serveradmin query account there is no possibility.

    So, you can delete your database file (.sqliltdb) and restart your server
    or use the start parameter to set your password (more information in the documentation)

    It's not necessary to create a double post, they can be move in the right place

    Well, I just did that and now I don't have my license any more...
    I had non-profit liscense for 512 connections, but now is only 32.
    At support desk it says that I have to pay for assistance.
    I use my server for free educational purposes and sometimes I have about 75 people connected simultaneously. I have no idea what to do.
    Next lecture will be in few days and I really start worrying about it.
    (My laptop get stolen and I never backed up settings for TeamSpeak. So I lost all rights on my own home server. I'm computer illiterate. So, I chose the easiest way.)
    So, please if you will give me any instructions give as many details as possible. Thank you

    Do you try to start your server "as admin" ?

    I already tried to put it in and became an admin. But when I trying to add 3rd channel it replaces 2nd channel. After I close and open teamspeak client it shows me only one channel on the server. 2nd channel disappears...
    Also, when I leave 2nd channel and go to default channel - 2nd channel disappears

    I just checked some stuff:
    I was able to make max clients 512. So, it means that license works. But something is wrong with server itself...

    This is what I get when I'm trying to add more channels:
    <00:04:08> Channel "sdgfrjhk" created successfully
    <00:04:08> You were moved from channel "dsfbghg" to "sdgfrjhk" by TeamSpeak ]I[ Server
    <00:04:08> Channel group "Channel Admin (5)" was assigned to "US Sash1234567" by TeamSpeak ]I[ Server.
    <00:04:08> Channel "dsfbghg" was deleted by TeamSpeak ]I[ Server

    Also, when I edit server I have all settings active, but when I'm trying to edit default channel - some of the fields are "gray".

    Tried even to copy brand new server to different location and run it from there, but still have the same problem...

    Admin Token Lost

    I Lost my admin token & Admin Permissions On My Server, Is there a way to re-claim this?

    Lost original token

    Hi all, I'm extremely new to TS3 and just started my first server last night. When I went to shut it down, I must have done something wrong because I had an instance of it running or something, so when I tried to restart the server, it would error. This meant that neither me nor my friends were able to access the server, so I simply deleted the the teamspeak3_server-mac file on my desktop and I guess that was a huge mistake as I can no longer get my token back.

    Can anyone help me figure out how to get a new token for my server? It would mean a lot. Thanks!

    Change server query admin password and make yourself a new token.
    Assuming, you didn't delete the server database as well.
