    Default voice port (UDP): 9987
    Default filetransfer port (TCP): 30033
    Default serverquery port (TCP): 10011

You must have the voice port open or you cannot join a TS3 server.

so with this i can join any server? i tell this beacause the port of my server is 10295 so maybe if i understand well i should replace:
    Default voice port (UDP): 9987
the 9987 with 10295? is this corect ?
i mean the server adress is : ts3.host4clan.com and port is 10295 ...

9987 is the default voice port. If you server uses port 10295 then this is the port that must be open and accessible.

The only port that has to be open is 10295. If you need to use server query or file transfer (this includes server hosted icons) you must open the other 2 ports. Otherwise opening 10295 UDP should be all you need.
