You said you have problems to change server group or user permissions on the TS3 server. This is not a bot related question!

nvm I found out by looking in the documents I had.

b_serverinstance_modify_querygroup is needed to see / edit Guest Server Query and Admin Server Query

login serveradmin password
use port=9987
servergroupaddclient sgid=2 cldbid=2
