So this permission doesnt work, It is already unchecked and guests can still view others client database id, Is this a known issue?

I guess you mean View Client Database information, but this is a query permission.
I also guess you mean a guest user can see the database ID of an other user in the right part of the Teamspeak client.
You can't hide it, and this not realy important if a guest can see this number.
