The permission does not exist, when you use the easy permission system.
    Please enable it first under:
Settings > Options > Application > Misc > Advanced permissions system

    Need help ! Fast

I own a TS server and made a few groups permissions to each other without permission, as you see in this picture I http://prntscr.com/6ujr2u Server Admin [Full Access] and the super-moderator has permissions copied after my group, but I remain in the top and it last. If you enter someone without the same group ..

What should I do to change those with these special ranks remain under me?

    Sort by rank

Really struggling here. I want the majority of channels to have push to talk required, but a few channels are exempt. I removed b_client_force_push_to_talk from Server Groups and added b_client_force_push_to_talk for each channel that I wanted it for.

I then found that our staff ranks were still able to use voice activation because b_client_skip_channelgroup_permissions was active. I removed that but now users are all listed alphabetically. I thought display order for users was based on talk power? It seems to not be working that way.

Need help. I need to be able to enforce push to talk by channel AND sort by rank.

That just renders that you didn't understood permission system properly.
Right click on user and select Permissions > Permissions Overview
into filter type "talk" or "talk power" then check what values got there from where and what is end result(All at the bottom).

Sadly I would guess your server group talk power is now overwritten by channel group talk power or similar since you removed that "overall skip" "permission".

Fix is easy but, you will learn more by figuring that part along with verification of my claim yourself.
If you can't do that post your findings from my directions to verify the problem location.

Asking for help would imply that I didn't understand, that is obvious.

This is one of the Permissions Overview https://gyazo.com/a95b369a21fe482e9eab954d898f30dd

Where should I go from here? I cannot possibly set a permission for each individual, so I assume that is not what you're suggesting I do.

Clients NOT sorted by talk power?!

So I've been having this issue, it seems that the clients on my server are not sorted by talk power, but rather the alphabet.
In the screenshot below, you can see that V(isitor) and R(egular) are mixed up, whilst Visitor has talk power 0 and Regular has talk power 1. I tried changing the values differently (making V higher than R, increasing the difference between values) yet all seems to be in feign.

Who can help me? Thank you in advance.

They are sorted! It's impossible to break that system.

    For the server tree:
Check 1 is the value of the assigned i_client_talk_power
Check 2 sorts the user via nickname, when 2 or more users do have the same value in i_client_talk_power

    For the permission Dialog:
Check 1 sorts the group via assigned i_group_sort_id
Check 2 sorts the group via name.

btw there is no screenshot added`?

If they are sorted by alphabet ... probably they all have the same talk power.

Your are looking in server groups but channel-permission and channel-groups also apport talk-power.

Verify the final talk-power of each user with right-click on the user--> Permissions --> Permissions overview

and there you'll see the permission (server-group, channel or channel-group) that gives the final talk-power to the user.

Please set the Skip Flag in their talk power.

    Server groups list order

Well, I have a TS3 Server to speak w other guys while we play in a wow server, we have had some problems to move some server groups from down to up.

My question is... Is there any way to move the ''Dollars Flowing'' group to the top?

    http://prntscr.com/8k11ik

If it is, plz tell me how to do it. I moved some groups copying the ones that are above on them and then deleting the groups I copied but I think this is so messy.

    Thanks.

    Sort ID issue.

I am currently work on fixing up my friend TS server for his MC server. The problem I have is the head admin sort ID is 5 but when in a channel the user with that rank is on top when other users with higher ranks are suppose to be. My ranks sort ID is 2 and my friends is 4 but yet our head admin is 5 and still above us. why?

    Channel view: http://prntscr.com/92rny3

    server groups: http://prntscr.com/92rob8
