Austrailian Vista Client - cannot connect.

I have a friend who has been trying to connect to my server and keeps getting "Failed to connect" message. I have had plenty of people 10+ connect to my server without a problem. She is able to connect to the main public test server, but not to some other private ones. Its really on and off which ones she can connect too, and there doesn't seem to be much of a consistancy. We have made sure that her firewall allows the trafic for the program and everything that should allow it to work, including turning it off.

    - I cannot tracert her nor can she back to me.
    - We have tried connecting with the IP and with the Domain Name.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

What kind of internet connection does this client have? If she can connect to the public server then we know traffic is being passed from her computer to the public server. Where is she located compared to the server?

The server is in Canada, so it is kind of on the other side of the world. She connects out of Austrailia. Her ISP is Telstra Internet.

I'm not quite sure what to say. Can she connect to any other servers in Canada? Has she asked her ISP if they block anything that might cause this? A firewall or anti-virus program blocking connections to that IP?

    Maybe this will help...
