    It's a suggestion, it's one thing to try so I did it anyway and forwarding port 2008 does not work (on both in and outbound)
    Cannot ping accounting.teamspeak.com, "Destination host unreachable"

    Problem lives on

    New accounting server does not reply to ping requests.

    There would be thousands of server owners/administrators reporting this problem,

    How come there isn't a direct answer, only possible solutions?

    Hi,
    i have same prob with my ts3 Server 64-bit 3.0.11.2 with NPL on my windows server 2008 R2 with all update.

    when i reboot my windows server, my server ts3 lauch good. but after 1 or 2 hours or more, my ts3server close for any reason.
    I restart this with .exe and after 2 hours or more it's close again.

    I need help plz.

    What's the exact version? Provide either a ten-digit number or the build date.

    That is unrelated and causes the server to go offline. Do you even have the issue discussed in this thread?

    i read this thread and i open port 2008, i wait the day for look this resolve my prob.

    TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 10060

    I have submitted a ticket...but yet no response back.

    I am a provider....

    On the weekend...I started toi get support tickets for servers shutting down.


    a search of log files is logging the below..

    TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 10060
    Unable to connect to primary address, trying secondary
    TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 10060


    Any Ideas will be greatly appreciated..

    10060 is Windows error code for connection timed out.
    The few log lines don't necessarily lead to a server shutdown (at least not right away).

    In any case, you should wait for your ticket to be replied to and handle this through there.
