After update, our servers isnt visible in webinterface and I can not create new servers.
The server logs show no errors..

And you are positiv, "Enable reporting to server list" is enabled?
Wehere do oyu create your server? I'm sure that some errours occour.

for the creation of this server from a permissions problem.

Go to "Tools" -> "Edit Virtual Server" -> Press "More" -> "Misc" -> Press "Enable reporting to server list". If my answer won't help you then give us some screen with the problem. draco

You have to contact your hoster. Maybe his web interface has a problem.
(Old post : Guys this is not a Public web list server problem)
This option is just for put your server in this public list (Connection > Server list)

Can you send command direclty on the query port from the web server (that hosts the web interface) ?
Do you check the white list (if it's not the same machine) ?
Do you get an error message (or just a line from this interface) in the server log ?

Ok, but about that :
And specialy can you get the serverlist with the query command ?
EDIT
For this case it was just the serverlist permission problem.
And the serveradmin user was no longer in the Admin Query group
Seen with the hoster.
