Stop the Server.
Download the new files.
BackUp your old Server folder.
Overwrite the old files with the new files.
Start the Server.

Good, I need to know how to update my teamspeak server 3 to the new version without losing the channels and permits, and updated, but managed to lose the servers, channels and permits
