    Hello

You have to use the sendtextmessage command :

    Code:
    login serveradmin <password>
    use <serverID> ("or" use port=<virtual server port>)
    sendtextmessage .....
Main doc : TeamSpeak 3 Server Query Manual.pdf

Don't know why, but I can't connect this way, if nick is not registered.
I need to log on to a server running an unregistered nick Tester and write anything in channel TestChannel.
Client I visit, but via Telnet fails. Give the order to send and which messages on the server? Read help - there's only one query in isolation, without comprehensive examples and sense of help for a newbie 0
    Thanks in advance.

    Ok simple example:
    Nickname : queryUser
On channel : test (id 12)
    On server : 9987 (id 1)

    Code:
    login serveradmin <password>
    use 1
    clientupdate client_nickname=queryUser
    sendtextmessage targetmode=2 target=12 msg=test

This is just an example. You can create a query account (Tools > ServerQuery login)
But before, make sure the owner of this server allows this action.

This is understandable, if that user exists.
What if the user does not exist?
Because ts-client as someone connects to the servers on which the user may not be registered ever?
In the ts-client do I enter my username, e.g. Andrey_dev and connect to any server which I want. A password is used for unregistered users?
    That's it I asked.

    Ok make a point

Your identity (using by the server to recognize you) and the query account are 2 things completely different.
The first one is for the regular connection with a regular client, the second is for the query connection

So, I guess you want use your identity to send a message by the query command.
For that you have to create a query account to use YOUR server group permissions. Else the server use the permissions from the Guest Query Account

For you, I guess your nickname and identity is for Andrey_dev user. I guess too you are in the server admin group.
If you use the query command with this identity, the server can't recognize you as a query user. In this case, on query, you just have the guest query group permission.
But if you create a query account (tools > ServerQuery login), at this moment the server can recognize you on the query and you can use your server admin permissions.

    Because the client does this.
Can be used for this 10011 tcp-port and udp-9987?
What queries should be sent on UDP?

    Good day, all.
Previous issues I understand. Thanks a lot.
    The question now arose.
I want to send messages use "sendtextmessage" on Russian language. What encoding should I use? Help with command syntax?
Again sorry for my bad English.

TS3 use UTF-8 encoding for the telnet connection.
