Ok how do I regenerate it with out redoing my database? And i dont need the server query password, I need the one for the client....

I can not use server query... Is there a way I can do it through command prompt or something?

I guess this is a rented server? Please contact your provider to create a new privilege key for you. And you can't recover your password, as long you did not write it down.
