ok basically i try to log into my clans ts and it says failed to connect to server. this has never happened before, and i have tried reinstalling it and the problem is still happening. anyone know what to do?

have you searched in our forum for this problem?
Compare the address you have entered or try the ip directly.

we have that same issue with our clan ppl cant connect says failed to connect and all have physically typed in the info for address and port info some have gained access and some have not still it may be the bandwidth or there country one member is from turkey and has fail to connect others have no issue so can someone explain what might be the issue and when downloading the system for new members they have isues with the i agree and then save it does not download till you go to run exe in files is this the new updated way please advise so to explain to new members about it
