The icon was not found. / file transfer connection timeout

I recently reformatted my computer. After re-downloading TS3, I come back to my regularly used TS to find that I have no icons. I never had to deal with this before so I have no idea how to fix it. This is a copy and paste of what it says every time I load into my TS.

Is there a way to just turn on so TS3 auto downloads these when I come in, or am I gonna have to dowload them all personally? P.S. That would be really annoying.

Tell the admin to fix his server.

You sure it's an issue server side? I'm the only person with the issue.

Ask to other user for deleting his cache:
Disconnected from all servers --> Settings --> Options --> Security --> "Clear cache" buttons and select 'Clear cache' --> "Ok" button
Maybe after this action you will be two persons with the issue.

This is a server error message, that was send to your client. This is definitly a server problem.

Hello,
I have recently re-installed TS3 and since then the user tags/icons do not show up anymore.
If you look at the attached pictures, you will see the 3 players on top, who have at least 4 tags each, not showing up.
Pz_Beginner who has 2 tags, which are posted on the right pane, do not show up in the main window.

That's no bug. Someone deleted the file or the server can not read the files.

I see, but everybody else sees the icons except me!

That "everybody else" probably have these icons cached.
Yet again, see the server logs.

I too have the same problem after a crash of the TS, how can I fix it? All others see the icons I do not. I also uninstalled TS but nothing.

The server is broken, there is nothing you can do as a user except bugging the admin to fix his server.

first of i searched all over the internet to fix it but it still dont work.
Also i can see the icons but they dont.

Your links don't work, but from the search terms I make an educated guess: The icons do not exist at all, you just have some cached. Please upload icons to your server.

I have the problem, that I cant see any Icon in the client.

What is the problem?

I´ve installed TS3 several times from different mirrors, but always the same - no icons.
Other users on this server don´t have this error.
