Was the move from Linux to Windows or Windows to Windows?
If it was Linux to windows see this post. You should only need to swap the locations of the "/" and "\" if going from Linux to Windows

Only the Windows platform (Windws/Windows) when I access the internal network server (internal IP) icons appear normally, only when using external IP that this problem happens. if you want to access the IP is: brother-in-games.ddns.com.br
Port: 9987
Recalling that liberated the modem ports: TCP 10011 and 30033 - UDP 9987

the image does not appear to UDP port 9987 but it is a little above.
Please could someone tell me what is wrong here on my server?
Solved
Problem was in my modem, it was not releasing the TCP port 30033
swapped modem and problem was solved.

Hey, wazzup, im new to TeamSpeak 3 Server's but i know a bit of its configuration, so, i created my TS3 Server for my Combat Arms Clan, and everyone of my teammates can connect normally, but i CAN'T UPLOAD ICONS, i don't know why, i simply do that :
Right Click on The Server, then "View Icons", then "Remote", then "Upload", then i select the img wich is 16x16 px, PNG format.
But after that, i don't see the icon on the "Remote" area,
i get this error's :
Transfer "icon_4237343" reports: (could not open file transfer connection)
Transfer "icon_4237343" reports: (file transfer connection timeout)
i have my Router, Anti-Virus, Firewall and Windows ports opened in BOTH TCP and UDP protocols ( 9987 )
HELP ME, PLEASE !
Hello
For the voice port it's UDP only.Originally Posted by -LGT-AnD-

Do you know if you have access to TCP port 30033 on the server? That is the file transfer port.
I need to unlock the port?
