Cant connect to *any teamspeak servers

i have tried everything that has been mentioned on the forums but nothing seems to work.

This IP doesn't work for me too.
Do you try to connect on the public server (voice.teamspeak.com or with IP 194.97.114.2)
Do you try to modify your firewall rules (deactivate - same with your anti-virus) ?

the ip you gave gave me works but its the ones i want to go on i cant connect to, people i know are in it but i have never been in, any ideas?
