TeamSpeak can not find any port (Error spawning connection handler)

In teamspeak 3, when i try and launch I get the following message:

"A critical error occurred, the application will be terminated. Please notify us about the error in our support forum.

Error spawning server connecting handler"

I deleted teamspeak and re-ran the installation, in both modes (Installing the files in one user, in all, and in the installation folder as well as in the user's personal files). TS was running less than 24 hours earlier, and I have not installed any new programs, deleted any old ones, done any sick dumps or reformatting, nothing of the sort.

Any help that can be provided would be wonderful! Thank you!

*Edit* Also, I do not have overwolf installed, or any extra plugins. The only modification I have made to TS is I put a new skin on, but that was literally months ago so I have a hard time believing that the skin had anything to do with it

Last time I tried using TS3 it failed to load and the message 'Error spawning server connecting handler' popped up.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the file but the error message persists.

I'm not overtly tech savvy so use small words
