No news yet. But it is interresting to see that both traceroutes posted here (HornOx and govenka) stop at the router fra-5-6k.de.eu . This ip belongs to ovh systems in france. I did a reverse traceroute to your ip's. For both of you the traceroute stops at decix2.routers.ovh.net.

Govenka, I noticed that you seem to be a direct customer of ovh. Perhaps you can contact them and ask them what is going on?
jbacardi: A traceroute from your system to weblist.teamspeak.com would be informative.

We will see what we can do at our end. My main conclusion at this moment is that this is not directly our fault. There is a transit provider that is blocking communications between our systems.

Well, It seems to be difficult for ovh support to understand english, and its difficult for me to understand french. I've tried to communicate with them, but it seems we keep misunderstanding each other.

Besides that, the servers for each three of you seem to be located inside the OVH network. I suggest you contact them (or your resellers) directly to try and solve this issue, since it is clearly out of our hands.

I really appreciate that the TS Support nevertheless trying to help
We will see what we can do at our end.
As i said before, it would probably help if the weblist server had a secondary ip in an other subnet

answer from ovh (in french, google translate then lol) :

    -------------------------
    Hello
    Bonjour

94.23 is the IP range which your server belongs
94.23. c'est toute la plage dont votre serveur appartient
(l'ip de votre serveur est 94.23.xxx.xxx).
    ping 194.97.114.3

    Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 194.97.114.3, timeout is
    2 seconds:
    !!!!!
    Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max =

    4/5/8 ms

Please contact the noc service from this remote network

There is no problem from our side, we can do nothing
De notre côté il n'y a aucun problème, nous ne pouvons
    rien faire de notre coté.

You have to contact the admin of freenet network. He has to unlock our IPs
Il faut que l'admin du réseau freenet débloque nos ips.

    Greetings
    Cordialement,

Can someone translate that so I understand? What I think it says, in summary:
Your server is in the 94.23.x.x range. When we ping 194.97.114.3 (weblist) we get successfull pings. (I assume they pinged from a 94.23.x.x address?) So they can't don anything about it.
Is that correctly "translated & summarized" ?

Govenka, could you gice me your ip (PM it to me if you want to keep it confidential).
And I assume you can't ping our weblist right? I noticed they tested with 100 byte packets, so besides a regular ping, also try with "-s 72" parameter to get 100 byte packets (ping -s 72 weblist.teamspeak.com)
