    Database corrupt? Help please!

Hi all. I recently setup a TS3 server (2 weeks ago) Everything was working perfectly (all the channels setup, admins, clients etc etc. and have had 0 issues over the last 2 weeks). I finally decided it was time to do some maintenance on our dedicated server - basically a reboot as it's been on for 2 weeks straight - and now TS3 will not start up. The icon at the bottom appears for a few seconds then disappears every time. Clicking on the virtual server folder gives me an error stating the file or files is corrupt.

This is the last log Oct 2:

And now this is what the log is showing every time I try and start it:

The machine has 920gb of free disk space and 54 gigs of DDR3 on a 10gbps connection. What could have possibly caused the database to be corrupt by a simple restart? And how do I fix it?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Hello

I guess you don't stopn the Teamspeak server before reboot the machine.

You have to use a tool to reindex all database (if it's not necessary the database must be rebuild).
You can use a tool like SQLite Expert Personnal (google )

Please before anythings, make a backup of your broken database and log file.

No I didn't stop it. Just like I don't stop steam, or the volume properties, or any other little icon down at the lower right hand corner of the screen that is running. I had no idea that teamspeak had to be stopped manually unlike every other icon on that side of the window. Strange something as simple as a reboot would corrupt it.

I've downloaded SQLite and tried to reindex and recieved an I/O error every time. Any other suggestions?

Arg, the second solution will be to rebuild the entire database.

If you are not famialr with sql, send me your database in private message, I'll try to rebuild it without losing data.

I sent you a pm with the db. I had to convert it to text as it would not let me copy the file.

    Thanks for the help!
