    Setting join power in sub-groups

I have a channel that has a Need Join power of 50. I have a server group that has a join power of 50. The group has no problem entering the channel and they can create sub-channels.

The problem I am having is that the sub channels do not carry the join power restriction that the parent channel has, so anyone of any join power can join. When the sub-channel creator attempts to modify the join power of the sub-channel to 50, he gets a "Insufficient permission modify power"

As a server admin, I granted the servergroup a 50 in "i_channel_permission_modify_power". I also checked the "i_channel_needed_permission_modify_power" for the subchannel in question and it is also set at 50.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for allowing a servergroup to modify the permissions of a sub-channel they create?

I have attached the permissions output of the user

    i_permission_modify_power (value) = 50
    i_channel_needed_join_power (grant) = 50

Are both of these supposed to be set in the servergroup? If so, it did not work, I get the same error.

I have already completely mimicked the Server Admin group in the Channel>Create and the Channel>Modify areas other than:

    b_channel_create_modify_with_codec_celtmono48
    b_channel_create_with_default
    b_channel_modify_make_default

I have also edited the "i_channel_permission_modify_power" to match the admin (75) but it did not work either.

Do I need to be making changed somewhere other than the channel section?

I have attempted to create the new channel group from the other thread, but it also failed, it would not even let me in my channel.

still at lose? send me PM with
    - your ts3 address
    - request for ts3 example
(I am able to use TeamViewer or other)

However I believe that what you need is:
    Channel - Access:
    i_channel_needed_join_power GRANT=4
    Group - Modify:
    i_permission_modify_power = 4

Make sure that when the user test it, he only change needed join power.(value can be anything, and no, you cannot restrict that)

    Anything else ?
