    Here you are

    Code:
    login serveradmin <password>
    use sid=<serverID>  or  use port=<#port>
    permreset
    At the end you will get a new token.

    i wanna reset only permissions which are added on clients permissions not related with server groups ranges or channel group ranges thank you.

    EDIT:

    I FOUND THE SOLUTIONS BY COMMAND:

    sqlite3 ts3server.sqlitedb "DELETE FROM perm_client";

    after that restart server

    Well, "permreset", reset ALL permissions in the virtual server.
    Also you can reset a Server-Group or a Channel_Group.
    ...
    I don't understand what permissions you want to reset.

    Perfect, I had not understood what you wanted.
    Really, you wanted delete permissions, not reset them.
