    Hello

Do you restart your server after added the license in the server folder ?
Do you open the license port (2008 TCP) ?
Do you get an error message in the server log ?
Sometime you have to wait nearly 2 hours.

About the second point, as it's write in the FAQ and everywhere on this forum, the license port must be open (the server has to contact the license server). So check your router and/or firewall about the port 2008.

But if you have no error in the server log, I guess there is another problem.
If you open the license file, do you see :
    - Your information and the key ?
    - Only letters and number ?

Florian, as I changed my firewall settings since the last license renewal, I thought I better check this. All I found in the FAQ was -

    Default ports are as follows...

    Default voice port (UDP): 9987
    Default filetransfer port (TCP): 30033
    Default serverquery port (TCP): 10011

Can you link me to the information which tells me to use port 2008?
