end date : Wed Dec 21 00:00:00 2011
max. virtual servers: 10
max. slots : 512
Does the end date line mean my license will expire?

No, as long as your server can access the licensing server your license will be automatically renewed
This should be done within 48-6 hours before that license ends andwhile your server is running and can reach the accounting server (as said above).
