"Connection lost" after more than 5 User are in a Chanel

    Hello,
since Server Version 3.0.1 I'm having this Issue that no more than 5 Users can join a Channel. Every Person after that get's "connection timed out". (Connection lost)
There are no specific entries in the logfiles. (Only Server is listening on ....)

    OS: Deb Lenny 64Bit
I'm running the Server on SQLite Support.

    Netstat:
    Code:
    netstat -lnp | grep ts3
    tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:30033 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1633/ts3server_linu
    tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:10011 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1633/ts3server_linu

I've been trying to find a Solution to this particular Problem for a few Days now. Unfortunate I had no Luck til now. Obviously there are many other TS Users which have the same Problem as I do.

I'be be grateful for any Help , Input and Solutions

I'm sure this isn't the problem but have you checked that you're actually allowing more than five people to log in to each channel at a time?

    I tested it:

I set the Limit to 16 per Channel or Unlimited all things the same after 5 or 6 Users the server randomly kicks someone (connection lost).

    But:

On my emergency Home Server under Windows XP (32 bit) Working without problems!

We need our Master server !!!

I guess there's no bandwidth issues which would mean that users were being kicked off when too many users are connected. Highly unlikely I know, but worth looking at.

I full agree Air SeaTac, that couldnt be a bandwidth issue. Our TS-Server have a connection with a bandwidth up to 100mbit in/out and we haven´t detected any paketloss or high ping rates. Strange ....
I wrote a Ticket to the Support (ATHP) a few days ago but i haven't received any helpful response yet. Maybe this is a known issue and not easy to fix?! We will see

The TS-Support told me this should be a Licensing issue. This happens when Port 2008 is closed / unreachable from "accounting.teamspeak.com". Next issue --> This Port is open on tcp + udp. The TS-Support gets root-access to my Teamspeak-Server but i have no response this time.
I´ll tell later in this thread if they found the issue and a solution.

I have the same problem. The Idle Time I've already set to -1, server and set up again, same problem. Is there now a solution to the problem already?

And I have exactly the same problems. If more than 5 users connected to my Ts3 Server we getting dropped connection lost. My server is a VServer with CentOS 6 64Bit with Plesk 10. The Ports 2008, 9987, 10011 an 30033 are open. I have no ideas what's going wrong? I have several times the Server deinstalled and installed but no "improvement" to see.

Sorry for my englisch. and greetings from Germany.

The Support gets root-data on December 20th. On December 23rd the last reply was:

Thanks, i will look into it and get back to you.
In the Console i saw that the Support was connected on 23rd. (I won't write what the comandline-History shows) Anyways today we do have December 29th?! I´m considering our Company shall cancel the ATHP-License and / or be refunded for the Periode of time TS3 has not been working properly.

Hi, is there any solution yet?

I still having the problems with more then 5 people on the ts. I have created a second virtual server, got the same problem. But it is possible to have on each virtual server 5 people. If the 6th joins, someone randomly disconnects.

    Greetings
