    clients disconnect

    Hi guys,

    I have a problem with our TS3 server.
    I already searched the forums and the internet but still haven't got the solution.
    Please try to help me.

    On regular basis most of the clients disconnect from the server and auto connect again.
    Strange thing is that it doesn't happen to all the users.

    We already tried several things
    Change portnumber, reinstall, update etc etc
    set i_client_max_clones to 0 for all groups
    Place the TSViewer.com server IP 85.25.120.233 into the query_ip_whitelist.txt file inside of your server directory.

    In the log there is nothing to find, just like this:

    We use TSviewer to scan and publice on our website.

    Please let me know the things I can try to do...
    I don't know it anymore...

    Hello.

    TSviewer is not the cause.

    In the server side, the voice port, usually 9987, must be UDP, only UDP, but this probably will be ok because you say the issue it doesn't happen to all the users.

    Probably the circumstances are in the user's side (of the four users you show):
    are they suffering disconections with regularity?
    do they have the same Internet Service Provider?
    do they the same model of router?.
    Have they try connect with all the plugins deactivated Settings --> Plugins ?.
    Have they try connect with your firewall and antivirus deactivated (just for testing)?.

    it's not an user problem.
    We have 108 members, play on several TS's and only on this one it drops for about 60 users...
