Channel Admins are unable to change Channel Description

Channel Admins are unable to change Channel Description in their respective channels.
The Description textbox is grayed out and they're unable to type anything.

This is with the default Channel Admin group and I've checked and it has b_channel_modify_description 1 and b_channel_needed and modify permissions are not set.

Users getting this permission from a server group are able to change the description.

What error you get in the server chat tab?

Also, I don't know this permission, can you double check the name?

If the user get the channel modify power from a server group check if the b_client_skip_channelgroup_permission is checked

As I mentioned in my original post, the textbox is grayed out so they are unable to type in anything, hence there is no permission error.

Edit: Seeing as posts seem to have strangely disappeared, any other advice?

Please one of these admins delete his cache under Settings > Options > Security "Clear Cache"
Maybe his perm.dat is broken and won't overwrite the correct permissions.

Or these users are in a server, group where this permission is forbidden and skipped.
