    $fp fsockopen('95.140.33.216'10011$errno$error5) OR die($error."(".$errno.")");
    $out "login serveradmin ********
    use sid=1
    clientupdate client_nickname=Voice\sWebadmin\sSystem
    channeledit cid=
    $id channel_icon_id=$icc
    logout
    quit"
    OR die;
    fwrite($fp$out);
    fclose($fp);

    Hello

    You have to use the i_icon_id permission to change the channel icon:
    PHP Code:
    ...
    $out "login serveradmin <password>
    use 1
    clientupdate .....
    channeladdperm cid="
    .$id." permsid=i_icon_id permvalue=".$icc
    ...
