Question Allowing 'Normal' Server group members to change 'Guest' group permissions?

    Hello all,
I have set our TS to prevent any 'Guest' from moving to another channel, but am looking to allowing the 'Normal' server group members to be able to elevate the 'Guest' to 'Normal' in the server groups.
Side note: The reason we have done this is to prevent unwanted types in our channels.

    My questions.
1.How can I allow them to do such a thing?
2.Can I prevent them from elevating to higher groups like 'Admin'?

    Regards

The member add power must be the same or higher than the needed member add power from the Normal Group!

    Set both to 20.
    Admins needed is 75.
But Channel Groups started at 25 (Voice).

With it only Normal can be setted by Normal.
