invalid clientID when trying to do Channel Admin

I am trying to give a user Channel Admin rights and when I do I get invalid clientID. I tried sending him a Privilege Key and hey got the same thing. I then tried it on another user and still got invalid clientID.

What can I do to fix this?

I assuming that this mean I have to re-install my server?
