Allow/Restrict that Guest or Admins can assign/remove groups.

You can't say that a group can only assign one target group as long there are other groups with same or less value in i_group_needed_member_add_power as their own value i_group_member_add_power.

I want to make a moderator rank that can only set user rank to "registered". However when i set up all perms i end up with my "moderator rank" being able to set channel ranks aswell.

Here is my quiestion:
Is there any way to set this the way i want? That is - Moderator rank can ONLY give and remove registered ranks.

In Channel ranks set "Needed Group Member Add/Remove Power" higher than the moderator's "Group Member Add/Remove Power.

recently a problem occured with my/our teamspeak server. Admins, who should be able to give and take away Server Groups, cannot take them away. Those Server Groups are just set permanently.
Now I need help, if someone can tell me, how I can change the permissions to remove the Server Groups.

I will be very thankful for quick answers.

Please check these permissions. Your own power in group possibly is to low.

Allow to remove target groups:
The value for i_group_member_remove_power needs to be equal or higher as other group's i_group_needed_member_remove_power.

Hello everyone,

I hope you are well.

I have had a TeamSpeak server for just over a year now, fully public and very welcoming.

Normally we do not have many trollers on this teamspeak server due to how we have set it up, however there is always 1 way a user is able to troll on my server, and I am seeking a way to prevent them from doing so.

On my server, we have multiple "misc" tags in which any user should be able to assign themself. This includdes some game titles, funny community-requested titles and many more.

However due to the amount of tags we have, we get a few trolls now andd then who join the teamspeak, and just assign every single group to members.

I am looking to see whether there is a way that I can prevent users from assigning other users groups, but at the same time allow them to assign themselves groups.

If there is a permission I am missing that should be very clear, or if you have some innovative solutions, please let me know.

hi , i have problem with channel groups
we have server group ranks like owner , admin , ....

my problem is : admins can assign channel group to higher rank and its not good

how i can fix it to

just higher ranks , give channel group to lower ranks

what permission i most change?
