    Cannot Open TS3 because of new update

    I've uninstalled TS3 and did the %appdata% thing and deleted it from there, I install the new TS3 and whenever I try to open it, it just don't open, I've tried everything and I dunno why, when I revert back to an older version it just works fine, even if I alt + control + del and try to force close the TS3 it won't close at all, it just stays in the corner and I have to restart the computer to remove it - any ideas?

    Do you have any log entry for us?
    Can you test this please? Install the old client and deactivate all plugins.

    The only one that was enabled was "ClientQuery" the version I have installed that does work is: 3.0.0-beta36 [Build:12815] I have to make sure I don't click "Update" each time I turn on TS3 cause it will install, update, and then when I open it, the TS3 just won't pop up.

    When you say log, do you mean Client Log? If so I'll paste it below:

    How do I get you the log then, because Teamspeak 3 rc2 won't pop up at all, no window or anything, just the little icon in the corner, but clicking it or right clicking it does nothing.

    Like I said before, I install the old version, works perfectly fine, the TS3 window pops up and all is good, but when I click on update and it finishes updating, and I open it, the TS3 window does Not pop up, and if I uninstall everything including stuff in appdata and do a fresh install of the latest version, the TS3 window still does not pop up, only the old version seems to work.

    Ok lets try this:
    1. Redownlaod The Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package
    2. Find the latest sound card driver for your soundcard
    3. Stop all Antivirus and Firewall tools

    I'm having the exact same problem. Nothing I've tried has worked.
