Nope not yet. I have not been able to reproduce it here. I suspect it is a driver issue. I will work on this soon, but i am busy with something very important for the next few weeks.

I just registered to report the exact same bug in the current x64 build (3.0.11.1). I can provide any information you want.

My system is Windows 7 Professional x64, the rest of my specs are as follows:

    Intel Core i7 920
    6GB DDR3 1600
    Creative X-Fi Titanium
    Asus P6T Deluxe
    nVidia GTX285

When the client runs for like 4 hours, my voice is delayed significantly. I can see a heavy delay in the activation of the icon when I start to speak, and other users are telling me that it's time to restart my client because they can hear themselves with a 2 second delay.

Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording tab > Microphone properties > Advanced. Send us a screenshot while showing the options (list) of Default format/Sample rate.

I posted a screenshot right after your post, but it didn't get unlocked by a moderator yet.

No, no solution yet. what happens when in that dialog you set the quality to 2 kanal, 16 bit, 48000hz? Does it still delay after 4 hours? and what about 12 and 24 hours?

Just tried it. Uptime a little over 5 hours, delay is approximately 1 second now.

Hmm I am guessing that means this setting does not improve (reduce) the delay.

    Hi.
Is there any progress with this issue?
I have the same issue like the others above (delay after some hours).
If I restart the client, everything is ok for some hours again.

    Regards.

    Anybody?
    Any news?

The issue remains in 3.0.13.1 client and server 3.0.10.1

Is there any progress? Can you reproduce the problem?

Nope not able to reproduce. Reading back, I only noticed direct sound logs. I assume you also tried to use wasapi (windows audio session api). Did you?

    Hi.
    Sorry for late response.
How can I try to use wasapi?
In teamspeak client settings, there are two options: "use automatically best mode" and "Direct sound". I have selected "Direct sound" for both playback and capture profiles.

My OS is winXP SP3 32bit
Teamspeak client is 3.0.13.1 connected to teamspeak server 3.0.10.1

While waiting for the progress of the process regarding this issue, a temporary "solution", is to find a way to restart teamspeak client every, lets say, 2 hours. You can use "autohotkey" software and make a script for this.
I started using the above "trick" with autohotkey yesterday and it is working ok so far...

No update regarding this? It's really annoying having to restart the client every hour or so.

We have the problem, that nobody in our company had such a problem.
It's hard to find that error.

"I assume you also tried to use wasapi (windows audio session api). Did you?"
Wasapi isn ot available on Windows XP. This question was a mistake.

Ok I just tested some days now using Windows Audio Session instead of Direct Sound. It seems that the problem is gone now.
Just had a 15 hours session with no delay.

So it seems it's really a problem with Direct Sound output.
    Happy Holidays by the way!
