incompatible with new SKY Firmware using a wired connection

Since a few days ago i received a new sky router firmware update which has resulted in teamspeak becoming unusable as ts3 disconnects / times out as soon as people start talking over the mic. Looking at the teamspeak forum & the Sky forums this is starting to become a common trend. People have commented that it not only affects teamspeak but also some online games e.g. ARMA 2.

I have spoken to SKY and they have informed me that as the connection has no faults its merely a compatibility issue with Teamspeak and i should come to you guys to obtain a patch / fix.

If you require any further details please let me know.

the details of my router and the firmware are below:

    Manufacturer Sagemcom
    Model Number [email protected]
    Firmware Version 6.14.1a4N_UNI

As you have mentoined, Teamspeak is not the only software, that does not work correctly.
This problem is a combination of software and hardware and it seems that their new firmware provides more bugs as before.

Is there a way to get that old firmware back?

I have gone through all the options with SKY's support team to revert back to an older version of firmware however due to the nature of the update, it automatically updates to the latest firmware as soon as you connect to the internet.

Teamspeak 3 Disconnection after max 30 seconds.

I constantly randomly disconnect and get told repeatedly that there are multiple instances of me in the channel.

Running windows 7 64bit with wired LAN connection.

Reset router, changed IP address, un-installed and re-installed, tried on several different devices, tried different TS3 servers, restarted computers and all to no avail.

Will remain connected so long as nobody in the channel speaks or types. The moment another user shows any kind of activity, TS3 will disconnect.

Didn't do it 4 days ago. No software or hardware changes went on. One day it worked fine, turned pc off went to bed, next day turned pc on and it didn't work.

    Any guesses?

    Thanks

Maybe it is just a server problem in your case, please try other servers to.

Even with DMZ enabled? I guess this is no router problem then.
Maybe a new network cable or disbaled firewall etc will help here too?

I am getting the same problem with the exact same blacklist ip address.
whosip traces this to Germany. I am in the UK.
wtf? is that where it checks the blacklist?
I have the same problems as the OP. One day it worked, the next day it didn't.

Lose of connection every few mins

I have recently started running into some problems on my TS3 Client. For the past 2 weeks every time I try to connect to my clans server I get in and then after a few mins I get disconnected. I have looked through the logs but can't see what is causing the problem.
