    Solved Server properties file? (how to properly make one?)

    Ok so a noob question, How can I make server properties files (believe it's a ini file?)

    So that I can specify what IP's/ports to listen to...

    Hope this all makes sense?

    Take a look at doc/server_quickstart.txt. The file includes all valid arguments for the ts3server.ini

    Example:
    Code:
    filetransfer_port=30033
    filetransfer_ip=0.0.0.0
    query_port=10011
    query_ip=0.0.0.0
    query_ip_whitelist=query_ip_whitelist.txt
    query_ip_blacklist=query_ip_blacklist.txt
    dbsqlpath=sql/
    dbsqlcreatepath=create_mysql/
    logpath=logs/

    Yeah, just create a file and list the valid arguments you'd like to change from the default value. No need to list those that you intend to keep at the default values as they have those values already.

    Or will using the "createinifile=1" In the target line of the server propety make a valid file? than would I remove that and add "inifile=ts3server.ini"
    to the target line, correct?

    Yes running the server once will create a File with (some of) the Default Values in a File called ts3server.ini.
    You would then change those you want to edit in that file and then replace the createinifile=1 Parameter with inifile=ts3server.ini when running the server yes.
