    yes i did whitelisted it i can access normally but to log in i need google chrome i keep getting redirected to the login page

    another thing is when i edit the settings in the web CP when i hit save&apply the web CP freeze wont reload and setting wont change unless i do a hardreset for the mod

    Which browser's redirecting for you?

    I've updated ./rbm_packages/* with some updates all around, I don't know when you last downloaded Beta7 but check the timestamps perhaps, I might have solved this.

    I haven't tested the interface yet with IE, I started developing in IE and FF.
    I've been creating a few new features, I need to switch gears again here and take a look

    - Chrome runs fine but when i edit a setting and press save&apply web CP freeze and need a hardreset

    i downloaded the beta7 like one or two hours ago :P

    FF don't even let me login it keep redirect back to login page :P

    Google Chrome login everything is fine database, logs, MOTD etc.. but in settings it freeze on save&apply

    Well first off I made a silly mistake and left a loop exit instead of a sub-routine return... Beside that fact, RbMod couldn't find your default guest group upon start-up. So this morning I changed the method in which Rb looks for your default guest group (serverinfo vs servergrouplist) - This should always find your default guest group no matter what - IF you've left 'Default_Guest_Group_ID' as 'Default' - If you select anything else, make sure it's the correct guest group ID you use here.

    I'm currently working on the web server socket(s), rewriting it in such a way it won't hangup on a dead socket read, as it's currently doing from time to time right now, requiring an entire Mod reset to continue using the web-interface portion...

    First of all, great plugin, runs really smooth with the newest version!

    Now i have kind of a feature request, or maybe it is possible and i cant find the entry? oO

    Is there a possebility to disable the private announcement of the military ranks? So that it is only announced globally?

    Hey there MajesNix, I've gone ahead and updated the Beta 8 archive, this is all the latest code that I was going to wrap up into Beta 9, but since Beta 8 needed a little more work (with the new status feature etc.) I've decided to update the existing ASAP.

    I've been fine tuning the sockets, increasing speed, decreasing CPU consumption all around hopefully.
    I've also reintroduced the !Trigger system, which seemed to be the one remaining feature I left out from v1.0 when I re-wrote version 2.0 completely from scratch here a few months ago.

    You can either now privately message !help to the mod (or random nonsense, be sure not to swear at it!) and obtain a !Trigger list of available commands, or globally message. This is currently the latest feature I'm working on right now, so it's pretty raw, in the sense that there's only !quote, !word and !help right now.... Don't swear in the global chat either now! hehe..


    I'll be updating the archive probably a few more times (Check timestamps once in awhile), as I run into any new issues that may arise, & please - feel free to contribute any bug reports that you may run across in this latest code update.

    Currently, with the latest FF Beta updates - The web interface doesn't like sending AJAX requests for Form data (Settings / MOTD 'save'), IE seems to continue to work, although the save sometimes takes a few retries from time to time. I currently have an entirely rewritten sub-routine, which handles socket connections with threading, until I finalize this new web-server, I've left the previous version still in place. I've personally grown accustom to using the settings page to apply quick MOD changes while the Mod runs live, so - I won't rest until I get this issue resolved

    There's a total of 111 settings in rbm_settings.cf. Choose the sort order for each Rb group/feature type now. If 'Default' is omitted, the groups will setup how they originally did before.

    Questions!!
    is there a way to change the Icons ? (other than renaming icons manually one by one)
    is it possible to add a feature for games icons just like !playing but more like !addicon when a user have the right to add X number of games icons to himself ? like lets say we allow 3 game icons :

    !addicon BF3
    oh well i don't like BF3 anymore .. i want to get CSGO icon

    i have big server and its a pain to give icons to every user every time thy ask about it >.<

    also is it possible to add another feature for clans? like i have a public server where i have clans each clan have at least one leader so is it possible to give the leader the permission to use a !trigger to add/remove members from his clan ?

    Creating an icon upload trigger would basically mean granting the user permissions on your TS3 server, albeit temporary or not. Clients still need to upload via port 30033, so the only thing RbMod would do in this scenario, is keep track of who uploaded what icon(s). And apply those icons to their !playing <iconName?Iconchecksum?..>

    I can see a few problems with this.. first off, you'll have a lot of icons stored server side, with potential duplicates occurring over time. Unless I write even more code to categorize each into the Wow icons.. Anno icons... And try and reuese them for other clients maybe.
    So essentially the !playing <acronym> I wrote now does just this, it has a cache of 60 game icons, and anyone can apply the icon / group to their name (1 at a time of course), if someone obtains the new game icon/group, the next user that also uses the same game acronym will join the same group, the last user to play that particular game destroys the group / tag when they !stopplaying. As to reduce the overall amount of groups on your server. I'll be applying this method to other features also, to reduce multiple trace groups and a few other features that render the same results.

    You're basically after allowing others the option to use their vary own custom icons.. I'm a little hesitant to make a feature such as this as it's more dependent upon the TS3 server permissions, plus the next server release is due shortly, and until I really look closer at what has changed and what hasn't, I might hold off until I attempt something in this department.

    This wouldn't be so complicated no, if you mean adding / subtracting from his/her own clans 'groupID', you could say; link the GroupID(clan) -> OwnerDBID(client) and this user would have permissions through a few triggers as you suggested to add or subtract other clients to or from the group he 'owns'.

    I might work on this second suggestion before the first... For now I'm finalizing an entirely new feature for version 3.0. As well as introducing a mod 'theme' for all the icons, basically beefing up the icon eye candy, since RbMod tends to rely on about 6 - 8 Icon groups now. It's unfortunate that adding [tags] before or after client names and sending update requests uses a lot of resources / bandwidth. Icons are cached client-side, so of course it's less bandwidth.. But still, I'm limited in many areas when it comes to automating certain aspects of TS3, always watching CPU cycles and bandwidth consumption between both the mod <-> ts3 server and ts3 server > client(s).

    oky my bad didn't explain it well :P

    first suggestion i meant a pre-made icons/groups by server admin so user can choose from the icons/groups i set for my server
    just like the !playing trigger
    - Icons/groups premade by admin or in rbmod config
    - The icon/group will stay until the user remove it with another command
    - The user can add up to X number of games/icons
