    What version of rbmod are you running Hawe?

    I used an older version, I will change version to the latest version of beta, my problem with ( cpan ) and other programs such as Weather::Underground and LWP , I did not understand how to install well .

    hi I know now why server gruop Sticky it did not work, you must run OS_Detection , If you have another way to run it without the need for the OS_Detection told me

    Please can you help me? How can I run this perfect mod in background, Im in linux newbie, but after I close putty, Rbmod disconnect from my TS3 server

    lukasjanra,

    The simple way to run it would be directly on the server if you can, but if you have to use PuTTY, then install "screen" if it is not already installed. You can do this by typing at the terminal "apt-get install screen" if it is Debian/Ubuntu Linux.

    When screen is installed, navigate to the RbMod folder, and type this command: "screen -S RbMod ./rbmod.pl", this will start a new screen session for running the mod. You can then press CTRL + A + D to detach the screen, and go back to the normal terminal, but the RbMod will still be running in the background.

    To resume the screen session, all you have to do is type at the terminal: "screen -R RbMod", which will resume the session.

    In a shell such as Putty; you can also add '& jobs' to the tail.. watch for the PID and 'disown <PID>' afterwards.

    Step two this week following will be turning RbMod Public Inn GPL -> AAL..

    After I complete a Devils Canyon/X97 upgrade over the next few days on my main workstation (Still waiting on some DDR3 to come in..SSD.. Snail-Mail) - I'll be focusing more & more of my time on Rb5 again. I've been working on a far more functional WebUI as of late, which will function as a control panel for rb5.. Once the foundation is in place, I'll bring in the features, minus a few from rb3, but also some new features specifically for rb5.

    @Scor9ioN

    I have a strange issue. I have a 500 slot teamspeak NPL and I run this mod on my main it works just fine. I am running a second instance of this for a secondary teamspeak server I leased out and it partially works as in it cant find all of the icons. It found some and is displaying some but most of the icons can not be found. I don't know how to combat this issue. What steps can i take to truobleshoot.

    Same physical server.. two different VS Ports running correct? 2 rbmod directories created & running.. Each rbmod points to each VS Port (9987/9988 for e.g.)..

    Well if you've uploaded all the appropriate icons to each VS server ../teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64/files/virtualserver_1/internal/icons & ../teamspeak3-server_linux-amd64/files/virtualserver_2/internal/icons I can't see where anything would break.

    Perhaps you can elaborate on which icon pack(s) / features aren't displaying.. Are these features functioning w/o the icons?

    Go to RbMod_v3.2.4\rbm_extras\rbm_motd.cf
    Open it with Notepad++ !

    If you mean time required to achieve first rank,

    Code:
    Military_Rank_Requirements = 60
    This would mean guests have to be connected 60 seconds before achieving the second rank. Each subsequent rank becomes harder & harder to reach, as the formula isn't linear. Clients TOTAL time + Military_Rank_Requirements + CURRENT time / 4 = next rank up.

    So the the military ranking is pretty well automated. I do plan on 'remembering' & laying out every military server group for this feature in the future for possibly Rb5. Thus allowing server admins to set individual group permissions for each rank - Giving the entire feature more substance.

    Other variables..

    Code:
    Military_Rank_Globally_Announce = 1/0 (Globally announce clients rank)
Military_Rank_Privately_Announce = 1/0 (PM client ranked)
Military_Rank_Icon_Pack = 1/2/3 (Few icon packs, be sure to upload these icons to your ts3 VS icon directory)
Military_Rank_Interval = 30 (How often the mod checks client times for ranking)

    Trying to resolve some issues
    The icon for client "" (0) was not found. and The icon for server group "Status 2" was not found.
    get the first one any time I join and status 2 for afk. I have icons under internal / icons


    Also, how do I add permissions to my queryclient? I get insufficient permissions when I load up rbmod.pl on one of the lines.

    Hi!

    First of all, thanks for this great bot.

    I have managed to run it om my teamspeak server but I have one annoying problem...
    Once launched, the bot is deleting old RBM groups but it is also removing some of my gaming groups (see below)

    I managed to delete the Group Cleaner function by removing some lines in rbm_parent file as a temp solution but I suppose this function is not there witouth reason...

    Is there any other method to avoid the bot deleting my server groups?
