Solved Unable to set max clients with serveradmin login

    Hi,

    I have done something wrong.
I get a insufficient client permissions error=9010 when trying to send this serverquery:
    serveredit virtualserver_maxclients 30

Can someone help me get it back on track?

Also, where do the virtual servers get the default permissions from and how do i change them?

    Thanks.

    login serveradmin ******
    use port=9987
    servergroupaddperm sgid=2 permsid=b_virtualserver_modify_maxclients permvalue=1 permnegated=0 permskip=0

By default the query Admin is allowed to change the Slots of a Virtual Server, so if you were not you probably screwed something up along the way. Maybe you added regular Clients into that Group at one point or made some accidental Click in one of the many Query Tools?
In any case glad you got it solved.
