    Question Channel Subscribe Power Issue

    Hello,

So I have an issue where I have a Moderator group can subscribe to a channel that has a needed subscribe level higher than what the Moderator group has. Its meant so that only Admins that do have subscribe power 75 can see who is in the room.

    The Channel has: i_channel_needed_subscribe_power = 75

    The Moderator has: i_channel_subscribe_power = 50
(No matter what I set, even if it was = 0,1, -1, the moderator group could still subscribe to the Channel)

Guests who have subscribe power 0 and Normal who have subscribe power 25 cannot subscribe to the channel, which is correct.

Any ideas of what could be the problem and why this Moderator group can subscribe to any channel regardless of its needed subscribe power?

Moderator group, is a Channel group or a Server group ?
This issue happens only when you are in the Moderator group, or with any body in this group?

If a user is in two server groups, takes the highest value.
To change this use NEGATE flag

They are only members of one Server Group and of course there is the Channel Group: Guest

Please, recreate the issue and send us the Permissions Overview

Right clik on the user name > Permissions > Permissions overview (show names) > Export as Text ... and post that file.

Well, the reason is that you have activated b_client_skip_channelgroup_permissions in the Moderator group.
This permission prevents apply the permissions set in Channels or in Channel Groups.
