Also, how do I change the name and password of the existing default Server Query Admin account?

you can change the password by executing the following commands:
that will output a new password which you will have to use from now on.Code:login serveradmin [current password] clientsetserverquerylogin client_login_name=serveradmin
As for the rest this would require hacking the database and is not recommended.
