either not enough bandwidth available for all the clients or some firewall - hardware or software - detects the packets as spam and blocks the connection, resulting in all clients dropping and not being able to connect.

Is it kick or connction lost? Because if second it's server's network problem and not TS3. Maybe you're out of resources or simply your server's network is not reliable and stable to handle such service.

This is probably silly but you are
    - not getting network configuration over dhcp ( ps aux | grep dhc )
    - you have ntp service up and running to synchronize your system time ( ps aux | grep ntp )

Can you look and send us content of your server logs(teamspeak3 and/or linux system)?
Last 30rows during/after the event happend again should do it.

Have you verified on this forum that the provider you use for your VServer is not "cause" of the issue?
I have read some posts about some hoster, that users had trouble getting teamspeak to work....

No, but there could be problems if your Vserver time go sideways with reality. For devices that unite internet and firewalls, teamspeak3 connections are considered disconnected in ~15seconds of no traffic.

also please reply to this post, along with answers & checks for the hints/questions I posted.
