Question Client fails to connect to a server

    Dear Community,
yesterday my brother joined a new guild on a online game we both play and decided to join them on TS.
He has both server and password, but he can't seem to be able to connect to that server from his pc...
Curious thing is I can on mine.
He can connect to the server we use for another guild (awake.geemba.net:10000), but can't to this.
The address of the server is something like this (I'll put in 2 Xs at the end instead of the proper numbers):

    ts3.host4clan.com:104XX

This is a Log from the TS:

Of course I went and did some Ping Tests on my brother's pc:
    ts3.host4clan.com ~Failed
    ts3.host4clan.com:104XX ~Failed
    5.9.8.13 ~Failed
    5.9.8.13:104XX ~Failed
    80.190.225.139:104XX ~Failed
    80.190.225.139 ~Successful

And I also cleaned the DNS cache...but nothing.

The main differences between my notebook and my brother's PC Desktop are:
I run Win 7 64bit and I use Wireless connection, while my brother runs a Win Xp Pro and uses an Ethernet Cable.
We both run the latest version of the Client
We both use the same Antivirus (with the same settings)
We are both connected on the same Modem Router (which is a Trust MD-5700)
We have used the same parameters in the Connection Properties (Subnet Mask, Gateway, Primary DNS, Secondary DNS)
I gave to both the Computers Static IPs on the Router (by association with MAC Address) so that NO ONE can connect to our Router with the IPs we use.

So I don't understand how come I can connect to that server and he can't...
    Could please someone help us?
Thank you very much in advance!!!

Something is blocking the connection for him, either a firewall on his pc or the router firewall specifically for his PC or all pc's except yours.

Well, the ping is only for the IP, no port. If you indicate port the ping fails.

Just for discarding, you can try connecting your PC by ethernet cable instead of wireless. Maybe you find that using the ethernet cable you can't connect or ping either.
