    Make sure you stop all your server instances before doing any direct database manipulations!
    You should also create a backup of your database prior to doing any modifications! It's easy to damage your database if you do not know what you are doing!

    Code:
    INSERT INTO perm_server_group (perm_id, perm_value, perm_negated, perm_skip, id1, id2, server_id) VALUES ('b_serverquery_login', 1, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0);
    INSERT INTO perm_server_group (perm_id, perm_value, perm_negated, perm_skip, id1, id2, server_id) VALUES ('b_serverquery_login', 1, 0, 0, 2, 0, 0);
    Please note that any direct manipulation of the TeamSpeak server database is done entirely at your own risk!

    As Jordi said, someone disabled this permission from the Guest Query Group, so none can login in Query.
    After the database update dont forget to restart your server to make it work.

    Actually the server should be stopped prior to doing any direct database manipulation, otherwise the changes you made might be overwritten.
    Also note that you should make a backup of your database before messing around with it.

    Then you already had those permissions set and should restore the original backup you created before doing the changes or just remove the lines that were added.

    Could you please upload the database somewhere and send a link via private message?
