The error message already gives you a clue: you are hosting too many slots.

This can have the following reasons:
    • Your old server is still running => Shutdown any other server that uses your license
    • You did not properly shutdown the old server, but rather killed it in TaskManager => Never kill the TeamSpeak server if it can be avoided, if the server doesn't have the time to deregister the slots with our accounting server you will have this problem. To fix just wait a few hours before attempting to start the server again.
    • You are indeed hosting too many slots. => Disable some virtual servers or reduce their slots using the server query.
    • Someone else is using your license! => Make sure only you are using your license.

Simply waiting some hours did the trick indeed thanks for that hint. Even though i'm 100% sure that i closed it with the exit option when u right click the icon in the taskbar so that's a bit weird maybe but hey it's up and running thanks people
