Max channel name/description/message/poke length

Hi,
i programing some application and i need some info. Can i anywhere find max length of channel name, channel description, text message etc.? I know its hard-coded in app, but i cant find that info anywhere.

Note that those limits are in bytes, not characters (some char's use several bytes, though most standard char's use 1 byte). So if you're checking the length of a string or char array, the best way is to convert it to a byte array and check the size of that.
