    I'm experencing the same problem.

    A common server that I frequent I cannot connect to, but I know others are on it.

    Nothing to do with the TeamSpeak client, your computer just cannot contact the ip in question, or there is no TeamSpeak server running on the specified address.
    Try to ping the address in question and / or traceroute it to see where you cannot get through.

    Also the IP you are trying to connect to is invalid, so you definitely have the wrong one and should double check you are not connecting to the one you posted in the original post and ask the owner of the server you want to connect to for the correct IP address.

    That means that you are still loading the channel and client list.
    It usually should be pretty much instant under normal circumstances, but it can take a long time if either the server or your computer are having a busy time (eg. high network load or high cpu load). Usually if it takes that long you will drop before even getting the entire list.

    This behaviour points to an issue with the router firewall:
    constant disconection or the tree appears slowly and incomplete
    --> are related with to the "IP Flood Detection" option or equivalent in the router.
