Question Error "empty result set" when trying to remove a user from a server group

    Hey, got a strange problem.

I am a member of the group "Server Admin" and have every right I can get. I can add and remove most of the users to and from groups, but one of my users can't be removed from certain groups anymore. I can add and remove him from other groups, but not from them I want. I always get an error in the main tab "empty result set".

Can anyone help me handling this error?

That just means that there is no database entry that the user is in the group.
If you restart the server he should be gone from the list as well.

Ah, ok, do I need to do that from my TS3 webinterface, or can I restart the server directly from my client?

no you need shell access or at least server query access.
