This server is outdated and that's one reason why you can not connect.

Sorry but no i can't help you out solving this connection issue.

Double and triple check your firewall.
For testing try DMZ in your router/DMZ.
    Enable traffic for UDP packets.
    Try another server.

    I have no idea left.

Server seems to be offline. Maybe wrong IP or port?

    @ MaD=^.^=CaT
Yes the server is working here.

Your ping seems obviously high. Maybe the connection to server is to bad.
Or your / their host is blocking you?
thank you for replying ^^ IP and port both correct.
I have got the confirmation from the ts server which I wanted to connect that I'm not banned nor being blocked. It seems the tracert will show the connection is stopped at Equinix.com...any suggestions? Please help (wheeping and sobbing )

The first sentence about IP & Port wasn't for you.

As said your ping seems obviously high (starting at IP 10.155.x.x). Maybe you have packet loss too.
This alone can cause your problems and you may contact your provider if such ping should not be normal.

Don't worry the timeouts are normal. The server/device did not response.

Dear Dante696,does that mean that I will not be able to join the server/device unless I have a better ping? oh no......

TS3 in Windowows 10 on iMac Pro does not work

    I warmly welcome .
I have a new iMac Pro. I divided the disk into two partitions and on the other in the bootcamp I installed Windows 10. I installed TeamSpeek first on macOS and it works properly! However, in Windows it can not connect to the TS server.
    The purpose of specifying:
    1. I divided the iMac Pro drive into two partitions (macOs Mojave and Windows 10).
    2. I use landline (neostrada)
    3. I installed TS3 first (probably it was my mistake) on macOS and I launched it - everything works OK.
    4. I installed TS3 on Windows 10 and after firing it does not connect to the server.
    5. When I launched the internet (neostrada) using the VPN (of course on Windows 10) no problem - the TS server does not throw me, but it is not the optimal solution, because VPN increases the game ping begins.
    6. Both via VPN and without it on macOS TS3 works correctly.
    7. If I run TS3 on Windows 10 even without a VPN but using LTE internet, the TS3 also works correctly.
I think TS3 servers remember the first login from a given computer.
I am asking for help in solving the problem.

Reads more like your neetwork adapter or driver is broken or simply there is a connection issue when using your normal internet.
Failed to connect to server" - Troubleshooting & Solutions

The TS server does not remember your login. It only saves your last used data but this has no effect on when connect next time.

Server isn't working for me either.
Maybe their host blocks IPs when you are able to connect with your phone from a different provider.

Its not a different provider, same network. Difference being desktop is connected via cable and phone via wifi.

I've been googling for few days but no luck. So I have two computers, one desktop connected through ethernet cable and laptop connected through WiFi. I'm trying to connect friend's server on desktop and im getting that 'Failed to connect to server' error, thing is I've problems connecting only servers from poland, every other one is working flawelessly (used ts3 server browsers to test), another thing that on laptop I can connect this and other servers.

That server isn't working for me either.

When this only happens to polish servers then your provider blocks something here or they all use the same host and they block something or missed to setup the properly.

Then possibly your firewall blocks the connection or host settings are changed when it works for other devices in your network.
