Yes, I dragged the size of the channels so that the names are small and so on, after sb. leaves channel the channels are scrolling to the side (channels move right and bar moves left)... -.-

Is the second monitor important? And can you show us a screenshot with your windows size.
I have problems to imagine what is happening on your srceen

I guess i know what you mean.
A channel name is to long and ... is shown in your server tree.
And as soon you scroll right, the tab scrolls back to the left side?
I create an evaluation ticket for this behavior.
I guess it is no bug from us directly. It's more a QT behavior. But our developers decide here
