    Non Profit License Server move

    In have a NPL currently in San Jose, but most of my users are in Eastern USA and Europe. I want to move my server to NYC, but how would I change the IP that my NPL is tied to?

    My server is in EU and I want to move it within the city (but definitelly to new IP). So how is it with license? Do I need new one? Who schould I contact?
