can TS3 announce a user by their nickname or a sound wave file ?

Is there a way to have the entering and leaving announcement to say a players nickname insted of "user"?
or a way to attach a wave file to their name so it plays that insted of saying "user"

The only way to get that is a client setting. You have to use the sound pack Default Text To Speech, but every sound is spoken then.
